Curious about working in the entertainment industry?  The Multimedia Academy at Andrew Hill helps you develop technical and leadership skills while giving you first- hand experience into this lucrative sector. You’ll learn how to use the top industry software, get exposed to college and career environments and discover how to fit your interests and skills into life beyond graduation.

Multimedia classes are articulated with Mission college, giving you a head start on college and career.

By the end of the program you’ll have:

View class descriptions

  • A portfolio of artwork, resume, and business cards
  • Applied Adobe software to the business field
  • Learned to be self-learners and increased your skill sets
  • Presented yourself professionally and received feedback in a business setting
  • Receive Adobe certification when completing and passing exams

Students who have completed the Multimedia Academy have gone on to:

  • develop their own private businesses
  • become graphic designers
  • become mentors for current Academy students
  • apprentice in their field through their training and connections
  • complete secondary education in vocational schools
  • become professional photographers, including working on an Adidas campaign and being published in magazines

Grow leadership and technical skills as you engage with the professional world. Opportunities include:

  • Cesar Chavez Contest,
  • Doodle 4 Google
  • Downtown Doors
  • Field Trips to Channel 11, Intel, Disney Family Museum, and more
  • Internship: ARTIK Art and Architecture
  • Art School Presentations: Academy of Art, Cogswell, FIDM
