Hands-on, project-based learning lets you experience and develops core film and motion graphics fundamentals while exploring real-world opportunities available to you in the media arts.

Mt. Pleasant High School’s Multimedia Pathway teaches you to:

Operate professional video camera equipment
Use audio, and lighting equipment
Create motion graphics, a documentary, music videos and more
Create graphic design products with digital media software
Edit video and audio into a compelling story
Learn professional camera operations and film with proper composition and exposure for still images and video

Students who have completed the Multimedia Academy have gone on to:

Develop their own private businesses
Join Silicon Valley Fortune 500 companies
Work for Marketing and Advertising Agencies
Attend college (NYU, Stanford, UC Berkeley, UCLA, San Jose State, SFSU, Clark Atlanta University)
