Multimedia students will be participating in a marketing campaign to explain how the Spartan East Side Promise works and how you can use it to get into San Jose University. They will be divided into 6 separate mini-marketing agencies. Each group will create an original video campaign and launch it on social media. The competition has multiple categories to win awards in, from most creative to most likes, etc.

Students will highlight how the Spartan East Side Promise works and inspire viewers to learn more. By the end of the video, viewers should have a good idea how to use the program to get into San Jose State University and will know next steps to take.
Students must follow Eastside branding guidelines.
Students must meet all deadlines to be considered.
Irrespective of platform, students will compete in the following categories:
Your video has so many likes it almost broke the internet.
Your shots are well composed and you bring the viewer from scene to scene.
You’ve hit the volume just right so it’s easy to hear what people are saying and the sounds you include create energy.
Your story is important, moving, and slightly unexpected.
